  I chose to go unfurnished and loved calling this residence home for nearly 3 years. Even though it involved more packing/moving, I found that having my own things in the suite really made it comfortable and personalized. Plus, I could not find an apartment in a building with the same types of facilities and good location for the same price.

  Outstanding staff in every way. They are doing an excellent job of running this place and help their tenants out in whatever way they can.

  Definitely the best student housing in the vicinity, if you want to live in a building. I chose it for the all-inclusive amenities and the fact that I could get a furnished suite. The day I moved in was a bit nuts just from the sheer volume of people who moved in around the same time, but since then it has been great.

  I've read reviews from students complaining about bugs but never experienced this. I'm pretty clean and kept my space clean so maybe that's the difference. The area is nice and there are lots of things close by. I went with an unfurnished place and was comfortable.

  Living here was great! I was at Village Suites in my third year at UOIT and thought they offered a pretty ideal balance between private space for studying and course work and areas for socializing. Plus, when you live in a building full of students, there is always something going on. If I compared the month to month of cost of living here to when I lived in an apartment, I would say they are pretty comparable and yet Village Suites felt a lot more convenient - everything in one place, simple billing, etc.
