    Was at Stevenson Rd outlet. Coffee was goid but it is very hard to have a conversation. Music is too loud. Asked to turn it down but didn't make much difference. Too much base. I guess the staff enjoys it.

    The attendants were really nice and helpful, and the drinks we're delicious! Good place for a snowy evening

    Efficient, always good personable staff that always say hi to you with a smile. The place and restrooms are always clean. They always have that Thai Tuna Wrap (dairy free) which is about the only prepared food I can eat at Starbucks. Usually busy but the staff have good teamwork and it's usually quick.
