  I received superb customer service from the In-store and Online Order staff!
  
  In-store Staff - they were very helpful and told me about the sales items I would be interested as oppose to my first choice items. The items they suggested ended up being better than the initial items I thought I would buy. They also spent 30 minutes with me, testing different Airsoft Grenade Launchers.
  
  Online Order Staff - I had an issue with my order but after a quick chat with their rep and the manager they were able to resolve it within an hour. Usually it takes about 24-48 hours to get a response to an issue from other online retailers. Great customer service and very understanding.

  They answered my email very fast and shipped my item within a couple hours of ordering it. Really happy with the customer service! Would order from them again.

  Been here many times over the years. Large selection of war collectibles. Paint ball, pellet , and BB guns. Knifes and tactical gear. Patches wall for clothing. And very kind and knowledgeable staff. Been in the community for a long time. Whether it be a hobby or a collection this is the place for you. Be sure to check it out as soon as you can.

  This place has awesome customer service. By far the best army surplus store I’ve been to. Staff was very courteous and patient. They were happy to retrieve multiple sizes of boots for me until I found a pair that fit just right.
