  If you think a Realtor is a Realtor is a Realtor - think again. I am at a stage in my life where I have been letting go & saying goodbye to many things over awhile. Most recently, came time to put my parents' home up for sale. I came across Michael's name, researched his team and set up a meeting. As first impressions go, Michael is dynamic. His zeal and candor - genuine. His insight of the world of Realty is invaluable; and he shares information with ease, confidence and transparency. He is driven and focused. The entire team is as organized. They run the whole process seamlessly and keep you informed without being bombarding. They are personable without fault. You just don't worry about anything - because you know it's in their hands. And from start to finish - they are caring. You become a part of their team - treated like one of their own.   I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks and to tell you all how impressed my husband and I are with the whole team and to let you know that we will highly recommend you to our friends and family in the future.
  
  Matt Lionetti was our agent and was amazing to work with. Matt called me several months prior to our being ready to sell and as promised he kept in touch with me without being pushy which meant a lot to me so when I was ready he was the one I called. Matt has a personality that is so relaxed, confident and considerate and worked hard to get the job done.
  
  We were in fact introduced to the whole team which was wonderful and I thank Michael for that as knowing who each individual was really made it easier to work with the group. I want to give a big thank you to the ladies. Stacey our stagger was incredible, so talented and to Ashleigh and Falon all three ladies were so personable and could be reached at any time to answer questions we had, and they sure did which made the whole process so seamless.
  
  To list our home and have it sold in less then a week in an incredible job by an incredible team. We are so pleased with the wonderful customer service that was given to us every step of the way.

  We worked with Theresa to find my mom a house. She was so incredibly accommodating and caring, as she patiently guided us through the process. We really feel that she puts her heart into her work, and that she genuinely wanted to find my mom the best possible house for her. This was reflected in the time and effort she put into helping us in our search, and her honest feedback and perspectives. We would definitely work with the team again in the future!
