  We had seen their flyers and the prices seemed too good to be true. Also with same day delivery? Must be some catch right? Well we decided to go it and I am glad we did. The staff was super friendly and greeted us right away. They answered all of our questions and then some. We did not feel pressured at any time. We found a couch we loved and were told it would be delivered that day. We bought the couch around 10:30 am and I was enjoying it in my living room by 4. There was a slight mix up with the ottoman be bought but they fixed it and gave us a credit towards the delivery charge. Yes the delivery is through a third party and isn't all that cheap. But considering the price we paid for the couch as well as getting it that day it was well worth the money. If you don't want to pay delivery the warehouse is just down the street and you can pick it up on your own.
  
  I would recommend checking out this store, you wont be disappointed. I'll be going back again for sure.

  Nice store, with a good selection. Staff is knowledgable and understanding. Let them know your budget and they will help you find something that suits your needs. They don't use aggressive or pushy sales tactics which is great. I was helped by Nasir and he was very friendly

  Loved the place. Had what we needed and the customer service was nice. Not too pushy and informative.

  I had a wonderful experience here. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful in finding exactly what I wanted ! Lots of stock to choose from.
  When a problem arose they were on it right away and assisted me as best as they could. I would 100% recommend this place and will continue to buy my furniture here for years to come !

  This place is absolutely AMAZING! The customer service is outstanding! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and they are ready to help! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for! GREAT FURNITURE,GREAT DEALS and GREAT PEOPLE! It's hard to find such good customer service these days! ( so thank you :] ) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SURPLUS FURNITURE!!
