  I've been going to this pool store for 6 years now. The customer service is is always phenomenal. They are a busy store but someone within seconds approaches you to take care of whatever you need. Ryan the sale guy - awesome! Nick the pool technician, I've dealt with for a few problems related to water quality and he always has the answer and always fixes the issue. This is the guy you want to see if you have water troubles and cannot figure it out! What an asset to business. I highly recommend this pool store. You will be impressed! Happy Swimming!!

  Customer Service is consistently outstanding! Every Employee is very kind, helpfull and knowledgeable. Would reccomend this company every time hands down.

  First time there I had the best customer service I have had in a long time. Kevin helped me go over the equipment I had (new pool owner), got my water tested and he explained everything I needed, wrote step by step, got all the products I wanted and helped carry everything to my car. Thanks Kevin for the amazing customer service!
