The store was very helpful when I was returning to my modem. Rogers completely lied to me and told me that my upgrade for a TV rental box would be 3 to $5 a month... When really it was $33. When I found out I could get internet for cheaper elsewhere, I immediately dodged Rogers Shady business tactics. Anytime I've discussed getting a refund with them about this money that they've overcharged they immediately want to disengage or pass me off to another area or another department. I spent quite a bit of time on the chat with their support representative who kept trying to keep me as their customer, but then would not engage and help me do my return, or do my refund, so I wasted all of this time doing a chat and explaining my situation, only to have to call in and start all over because the rep was not allowed to help me do a disconnect over chat. Shady business practices, overpriced internet, openly lying about the cost of their services and then not willing to offer a refund for a service that was not even used... Check around everyone there are other alternatives!
Decent customer service. They got rid of some of their other staff that were very rude, and once completely destroyed my micro SD card and blamed it on me for giving it to them. Much, much better now. Thank you for recent assistance with my mother's internet and telephone issues.
Great help, friendly and accommodating. Made eye contact with every customer walking in and told customers to sign in when it got busy. Great move, gets customers to sign in with account info and this helps move things along for more customers.
