  After many weeks of calling and visiting many pool companies within Durham region and clarington I decided to go with Thursty Pools for my inground pool and hot tub needs. The reason that I went with Thursty Pools was from the initial phone call, and in store meeting I felt like I was their only customer which is a great feeling.
  
  I had previously called international pools in which they gave me their contractors phone number and he decided he only needed to quote over the phone and not do a site visit, the owner of OGS landscaping didn't return my phone calls or emails requesting information on a pool for over 2 weeks (I wonder what the service would be like for any issues)…and Taunton pools and Tav pools seems to want to push me into a fiberglass standard pool.
  
  Todd at Thursty pools had personally called me and arranged a time on a Saturday to do a thorough review of my yard and personal needs for my family. He offered many options as well as the pros and cons of fiberglass vs steel and vinyl liner and didn't push me towards any standard pools as he was willing to build my dream pool of any size. Giving Thursty pools not only my business but my brother's as well was the best choice. Being a smaller backyard Todd rented a smaller machine to dig my pool. Todd personally showed up every day with a crew of 4 to dig my backyard which has taken twice as long due to a smaller machine. I have never met a more polite and hard-working crew as his. Every night they have cleaned up there tools and my yard and secured the backyard from anyone going in. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Thursty Pools for there pool and spa needs.

  We love our bullfrog spa and pool!! Todd and Wendy have consistently helped us through the learning curve of owning and maintaining a pool and hottub.
