  I purchased my car here and take it for service. I used to go to Mr. Lube for oil changes but after they messed that up I didn't see the point in paying the same amount there as here. They treat you with respect, aren't pushy or try to talk you into things you can't afford. If you have maintenance that needs to be done they'll check with you before doing it and talk to you truthfully about what can wait. The entire staff is friendly and approachable. 10/10 recommend this dealership and service department.

  Just traded in my car for an SUV and cannot say enough positive things about my experience! Mike Richard was a pleasure to deal with and got me the highest trade value and my new SUV is a dream come true! All of the staff were super friendly, courteous and made you feel like you were really appreciated as a customer. Not at all like the other dealership we had previously dealt with for years. I highly recommend Mike Richard to deal with and we have found a new dealership for all our family's future needs. Thanks again!

  This is a uniquely pleasant dealership. The staff is friendly and they are very accommodating; especially to families with kids! They have a beautiful showroom, a generous waiting area and a play room for the kids.

  From the moment I went online, I knew I made the right choice. I have worked with Roy Nichols Motors for years and it's always been a really good experience. This time, was just as amazing. From the moment I went online and found the 2016 Sonic, I knew "going home to GM" was my only option.
  Everyone who was involved with the sale of my new-to-me car, from Used Vehicle Sales, Business Finance and all the way through Parts and Service getting my car ready for me, I can't thank you enough. You have all made this experience one of my best. I highly recommend your Used Vehicle Team and am very happy I chose a GM again!
