  Working with Nicole has helped me so much. We worked through the “Craving for Change” program. Nicole is exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate. She gave me the tools to navigate my difficult relationship to food, and she gave me hope. Thank you Nicole.

  Nicole has changed my life for the better! Her grocery store and bulk barn tours are extremely hands-on. I enjoy that she provides evidence-based solutions and if she doesn’t know the answer, she makes sure she gets it to you in a timely manner.
  
  A year ago, I didn’t enjoy cooking - the food I made was bland and takeout always seemed like the better (although more expensive) option. BUT Nicole’s recipes have sparked a new love of cooking for me. Sharing delicious (and very insta worthy) food that everyone enjoys has become a truly satisfying part of my day.
  
  Most importantly, Nicole embraces that we are all human. And that’s probably the most important thing when you’re on a journey to a healthy, deliciously satisfying life.

  I would highly recommend Nicole, with her professional help I have lost 40 lbs in 5 months and gained the knowledge to continue to live a healthy lifestyle for myself and my daughter. Thank you Nicole I could not be happier!

  Nicole is an amazing dietician! She is so knowledgeable and provided me with good plans and tips based on my personal needs. Plus, I couldn't have asked for a better facilitator for the Craving Change workshop. If you have ever struggled with issues associated with eating behaviours - why we eat (not just what we eat), then this workshop will close the gap for you. Nicole will guide you through these helpful group sessions.
