(August 14, 2020, 7:45 pm)I am extremely happy with the help I got from the tech support desk. I went in there thinking I had to send my computer in, because that is what I was told after going to the staples in Bolton.
2 gentlemen helped me. And it was a simple as some updates that had to be done. After changing my computer from a hard drive to an SSD drive I had been having a lot of issues. They fixed them all in a mater of minutes. Superb service. I believe Tyler was the one who helped me, and I can't remember the other persons name. But 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
