The when asking for a refund they will not reply and you will not be able to get your money back. Go to a more established company. Avoid at all costs. I ordered the overhead ceiling storage racks and they apparently did not have then in stock. Their system allowed me to purchase and it billed my credit card. I have not received the item and when asking for a refund and following up 10 times - NO REPLY. Its certainly a scam. I will be writing reviews and escalating this matter in all the areas I possibly can.

And I'm working for this company. Unfortunately I hear a few negative comments from the customers. But I've joined this company since June. I see how this company treats our customers. As a staff member I have been directed to give the best service for our customers, to be transparent and understand the customer's needs. -

Somebody stole my parcel from mail room and I just emailed them but I never expected replacement items again because it wasn’t their fault. What a excellent customer service respond right away and replacement items at no cost to me and delivered super fast. So enjoyed and fully satisfying with their service I truly appreciate it a lot!! Fully confidence I would definitely highly recommend shopping from RJP wholesale stores they do an incredible amazing job!!!
