They were able to make our dream home a reality and spent a lot of time with us discussing our wants/needs. The team put in so much time to make everything go above and beyond our expectations. At every step in the building process Northridge was able to explain the pros and cons of the decisions I was making. This allowed me as a homeowner to fully understand all of the decisions that go into making a custom home. I was extremely happy with the end product and I plan to live in my house for many years to come!

Their extreme work ethic while maintaining delicacy and an eye for detail really stood out to me. Their team always showed up on time and cleaned up after each day. If I were to go back in time I would choose Northridge Homes 11 times out of 10! Amazing work, look forward to working with them in the future!

I am always impressed when I hear how happy their clients are. I got the chance to work with Dave and Calvin and very happy Purchasers on a Northridge lot purchase right through to design and close. From initial offer to firm deal the process was fully transparent. The home is beautiful and I have happy Clients and new friends! I look forward to working with this team of amazing builders for many years to come!
