They were professional and all very nice gentlemen; however, the efficacy of the heat pump which they assured was effective into negative temperatures is not even working today at plus nine. Used the wood stove all winter. Get a written guarantee on heat pump limits is my advice, but yes, do employ them.

They had my water heater replaced in record time and went out of their way to accommodate me since I had no water while my water heater was broken. Thanks so much for such excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.
