The text message to confirm appointment time was appreciated. Allan was very knowledgeable and efficient to diagnose and repair the issues. We found the repair pricing very reasonable. The repairs were completed quickly, cleaned up and did not disrupt our schedule.

(December 15, 2018, 9:15 pm)Allan came to my house to fix my fridge. I like that I received a text message with his picture and approximate time of arrival.
Allan was on time, he is nice and pleasant. Before he entered my house he has his own floor mat and booties so he did not track dirt in my house. He showed us exactly what the problem was. He cleaned up after he was done figuring out what was wrong with my fridge. He told me how long it would take to get the parts for my fridge and did not require payment until he came back with the part. Allan called me earlier than expected to say he has the part and can come same day to fix my fridge. My fridge is now working again thanks to Allan. I recommend Mr. Appliance in Orangeville. I will call on them again for any of my appliances.
