Absolutely gorgeous! A few great and picturesque hiking trails and they rent canoes and kayaks to enjoy the lake :) The campsites are really spacious as well. No worries, there is also a general store around 10 minutes away from the park if you happen to need supplies

My favourite provincial park! It’s so beautiful and the camp sites are great. It’s one of the cleanest provincial parks I’ve ever been to. There’s is a lot to do there and the water rentals are easy to access. I love that they have a variety of canoes, kayaks and paddle boats. My favourite part is canoeing by the rocks and seeing the pictographs. It’s really amazing. The hike is a lot of stairs but my dog and I love doing it. The view is beautiful. There’s a lot of benches to have snacks and lunch. They also have a boat launch and separate area in the water for motor boats. I come here every year and I definitely recommend it for first time campers to ease into it! I love it here!!

This place is incredibly special to us. We got married on Joe Perry Lake -- 72 people attended! It was amazing. Highly recommend JP if you like to chill and paddle around a small lake with kids. There is a great beach you can make a little afternoon trip to you for lunch and sand castle building. The sites are very clean and well maintained. I've seen so many great moon rises and sunsets on JP. Love it.

Beautiful park with day use area, camping, beaches and trails. most of the camp sites have good shade & privacy and ample space for onsite parking and tents. Washrooms are clean/maintained well. Canoe rental available (during covid you need to bring you own life jackets though). there are plenty of other activities available from Monday to Thursday at the gift centre and elsewhere in the park organized by park administration (timing might be limited during Covid)

Great time at Bon Echo- did the 1 hour lookout walk up the huge granite rocks and it’s a thigh burner but worth it! We rented canoes to get there which was nice ($40. Each until sunset. ) the swimming is excellent at the dock where you dock your canoe for the beginning of the Lookout hike. The main beach is great for little ones and weaker swimmers with its slow decent into deeper water.
