(August 26, 2020, 7:26 pm)Rob just helped me out after I raised concerns over a purchase I had made through a former employee who really dropped the ball. Despite my frustration with the past problem. Rob listened and helped in a timely matter and apologized. He was able to refund my money until they are able to supply me with exactly what I need. I had my confidence restored.
