(July 27, 2020, 8:36 pm)I made the mistake of moving to Freedom Mobile and quickly realised how much I missed Rogers. The chaps in the shop were friendly and the lead one helped me port in my number and offered me multiple discounts on the no-tab plan. Not their mistake but Rogers had to conduct credit checks all over again and open a new account rather than just activate the old one. Was an additional $40 setup fee but the discounts I'm getting far exceed the cost. Back home with Rogers, feels good!

Erik is absolutely fantastic to deal with and due to his exceptional level of customer service I refuse to go to any other Rogers. Keep up the great work!
