After dealing with awful customer service at the Shopper's on Grand Ave, I decided to move my prescriptions to a local pharmacy instead. While I was a customer at Shopper's, the pharmacists claimed to never be able to get my prescription refilled because my doctor wouldn't fax them. The DAY I moved my prescriptions over to Richmond Pharmacy, they got my prescription refilled! The dispensing fee is also $7 less than Shopper's. I had a voicemail from one of the workers and she sounded extremely friendly too!!! -

(January 10, 2018, 7:05 pm)Amazing pharmacy! They get to know you, call you by name when you come in, explain things really well, and they work as part of your health care team. They can get pretty much any medication, even very specialized ones, within 24 hours.
