(May 26, 2020, 3:27 am)I was contacted by Reliance to schedule our annual system (furnace/AC) maintenance. The technician called ahead of his visit and arrived on time. His review of our system was very thorough and he explained things to me. I expressed interest in what Reliance could offer in way of new AC systems as ours was old and inefficient. He offered to contact a sales rep who could explain available options. He was able to set the appointment for the next day. I was pleased to have the same rep that had helped us select our reverse osmosis water filter system s few months before. He presented all product and payment options and was so pleasant to deal with and was never pushy. He was able to arrange for a next day installation. Again the technicians called ahead of time, explained what they were doing, consulted with me on placement of the AC unit and completed the installation quickly. A new NEST thermostat was installed and the tech gave a great demonstration of how it works.
I have relied on Reliance for many HVAC and water filter needs over the last few years. They consistently provide excellent end to end service. The technicians and sales representatives have conducted themselves professionally and were so knowledgeable about their products. I feel confident that we're getting great value for our money. Reliance is providing the type of customer experience that is rarely found these days.
