I find the staff here to be very nice and generally very helpful. The only thing I dislike about this fabric store is something that I believe is common; they do not separate natural fibre from synthetic.
I'm trying to move away from fast fashion and plastic fibres by sewing my own clothes. When I shop for fabric I have to dig for tags or pull down the bolt of every one to check its fibre content, typically only to see that I can't use it. This makes shopping long, tedious, and annoying.
If they could designate a shelf in each area ( the storeastore has a suit area, upholstery area, quilt are...) the "natural fibre" shelf my shopping experience would be so much more fun and relaxing!
