(October 8, 2019, 6:44 pm)We are moving to Blenheim at the end of the month so I thought I would drive there to get my prescriptions filled. Unfortunately they had a power failure a few hours earlier and their computer system was down. So they couldn’t fill it then and were unable to give me a time when they could.
I realized that this wasn’t their fault but it left me in a bit of a dilemma as I’m living in Chatham.
So I asked if they could call me when it was ready. I was delighted when the reply was “we’ll deliver it to you.”
THAT is customer service and it’s very much appreciated!
