I love the classes which are a mix of multiple ages, men and women, moms and teens, beginners and experienced. They help you to feel right at home.
This gym is not just about building muscle and losing weight, there is also a focus on mobility and proper technique as a priority.
Form Fit Gym is very welcoming and so are the staff! I highly recommend them! -
