(July 4, 2021, 2:58 pm)Shane came as a second opinion because the 1st repair guy said my air conditioning had to be replaced immediately. the next day Shane had it working in 5 minutes and then taught me how to replace my furniture filters. Thanks for making being alone as a woman a little less scary.

(May 21, 2019, 5:01 pm)Had Arctic come over and install both heating and cooling system. They put in a new high efficiency furnace and an a/c unit. Work was completed very quickly and neatly and I got good follow up including calls from Karen to make sure everything was good. The system is a lot more efficient than the old one. I especially liked the wireless thermostat. You can carry it from room to room and ensure you get the perfect temperature wherever you are. I recommend Arctic
