The Staff at the SFHT are very courteous, very informed and really helpful. I personally like the phone follow-ups with the Doctors/Nurses which are always ready to assist. Quite thorough in their Personal Health Review especially Sally Ballard.
Doctor , Medical Staff, and Clerical Staff function as an efficient, courteous team
Staff have always been helpful. I really like that you can contact on the SFHT through email. I find it hard with my work hours to get through as at the times I can call it is very often busy. I often wonder about some bad reviews, why do people think they can expect same day service? That would be an emergency. If you let your prescription run out.... that is on you, it certainly isn't their fault.

This is not a walk-in clinic as Google suggests. Friendly staff and helpful directing us to the hospital in Southampton (15 minute drive).
