Good inside space, A/C works well and the beds are super comfortable! Great cottage style vibes, good amenities and 50 steps to the beach.
Jeff is fairly quick at responding and actually answers your questions. Very happy with his level of communication.
Outside front space is good. It's not as private as the fenced in backyard area, however, the trees do a good enough job of sheltering the fire pit/hangout area equipped with 2 picnic benches. Lots of extra camping chairs on the porch, which were great for taking to the beach. BBQ also works and we used it every day.
The property is a 2 minute walk to most of the restos and cafes, with Timmies and Circle K about a 10 min walk/2 min drive.
Fairly good separation between Beach Haus and the other guests in the rear cabins!
For me, the one major improvement would be to add a hand held shower head to the upstairs jacuzzi tub. When hosting 9 people for a week, it would have been that much better to have a 2nd shower. The couch/futons could also be more comfortable if I'm being picky. Neither of the above are deal breaker by any means!
I would definitely book this cottage again as is!
