(December 1, 2020, 11:45 pm)It was such a nasty, icy morning and I put my car in the ditch. The tow truck operator was very friendly and prompt. It wasn't a nice day to have to be out in that weather. Karl at the office was very nice, helping me coordinate me getting things looked after on the business end of things and they treated me very fair with my bill. I recommend this local team if you need a tow for sure!

However...
It took several months after our first visit for a quote to get contacted. They called about our quote at one point, but they gave us information about a vehicle that wasn't ours. Our insurance company called them as well. We did not expend much energy in trying to get ahold of them to clear things up. We just let it run it's natural course for the most part. Eventually we dropped it off and picked up a rental. The car was ready before their estimated completion date.
They were apologetic about the delay in getting us in and said they upgraded their software to prevent this from occurring in the future.
They detailed our vehicle so that it was like new inside and out when we picked it up. Again, the work they did was great.
I would probably go back.
