Tammy shular has been so helpful with purchasing our first hot tub, always quick to respond to any questions we have had and helping us get the chemicals balanced. Delivery was fast and easy. They provided professional opinions on position and location for our tub. Has been an overall great experience for us.

I asked her many questions and I got very quick responses! The delivery went very smoothly and the delivery guys were very nice and did a great job. Our hot tub came later than we hoped due to covid-19 issues but there’s nothing anyone could do about that. I would recommend Water and Wellness to others looking for a pool or spa.

Tammy was awesome, I told her I know nothing about these things and she explained it in detail what to do. And if that wasnt enough she also wrote out direction by hand for me to follow. I was so blown away by that, not many would do that these days. Deff 5 out of 5. Delivery guys were great also, kinda gave me some tips as well. Hats of to you all. Something to say about buying stuff local for sure

(August 24, 2020, 7:49 pm)Highly recommend. Everyone at the Water Centre is fabulous to work with and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Tammy has been amazing answering my million questions, always taking the time to explain things to me. Our hot tub was just delivered seamlessly by two friendly and personable techs. They took a sample of water from our hose and before we had a chance to start filling the tub we already had our water results emailed to us with clear instructions of exactly what we need to do to get the tub in perfect balance. I have no doubt we’ll be lifetime clients of the Water Centre.

After buying I had some question and dealt with Tammy. She was very helpful and kind. I would email her and she would respond back pretty quickly. The guys who delivered were very nice and professional. Thank you ! ?
