By far the best ice cream around! (and between my kids and i, i think we've pritty well tried them all...) If you've never had central smith ice cream before you're really missing out. Also in a great location right beside the bidge in the heart of cargill. Tons of seating on the patio where you can overlook and listen to the river. Gotta say, i was impressed.
