As a lady who loves cars (I’m a mechanical engineer) I’m used to going to any car-related place and having the manager/salesperson/other random worker at the business show me how great the makeup mirror is and mention that the vehicle comes in 8 different colours!!! That’s nice and all but I’m more interested in talking about the technical details. Steve is great at actually taking care of the service details that will keep your car running. That is true whether you go in there with a 95 Toyota Tercel or a brand new truck. Steve knows how the parts all work and will tell you all about it if you’re interested. His service notes are detailed and let me know what I need to take care of before it causes a problem.
