(March 9, 2019, 2:29 pm)William St Eyecare is by far the best business in Brantford!!! The staff is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond! In a world full of Eeyores the staff leaves you feeling happy!
Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable, kind and has a great sense of humour!
Jenn the optician is amazing!!!! She treats you like a best friend would as she finds you the perfect glasses. I mentioned that l wanted glasses without the plastic nose pieces because they have fallen off before (glasses bought at Costco). I continued to try on glasses and then without realizing it Jenn brings back my glasses with the nose pieces changed, the glasses cleaned and the arms tighten!!!! Wow!!!
Even though l have an appointment every year because l'm diabetic and get the eye drops that sting its still a great place! -
