Joan was very helpful in explaining the process and when it came time to use their services it was so very professional and compassionate. After passing, the Hospice contacted them and all of the arrangements for transportation to Holy Cross Cemetery were completed in an incredibly professional and respectful manner. The day after we went in and Joan had all of the paperwork ready and signed and she looked after everything. When we took some of the paperwork to Service Canada, they even complimented how well it was filled out! I was very impressed with the services that Joan provided and would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking an alternative to funeral homes.
