Great customer service. Alicia Hassan helped us put together an appliance package for our new home. She took into account our budget as well the features that were important to us. Her professional, friendly demeanour put us at ease as we worked together to find the right package for us. Thank you Alicia.

My husband and I had an excellent shopping experience at the brick with Alicia Hassan. She made our experience with the brick very easy going and comfortable which I really appreciate. My husband has already left a 5 star review for Alicia but I also felt the need as it was one of the best experiences I have had with a sales person. We will definitely be coming back to work with Alicia again in the future!

Needed a few pieces of furniture to stage my home. Dawn was my sales person. I knew the grey sofa would work but needed 2 side chairs. Found the red chairs but couldn't figure out how to make them work with my room and the grey sofa. Dawn showed me how to make it work with those amazing red cushions. Dawn was very helpful in finding me the pieces that I needed in my price point and helped me see how to make them work together. Thank you Dawn. I highly recommend Dawn.

My husband and I went to the brick today looking for a new mattress. We were greeted right away by Fred R, we told him we were looking for a new mattress. After asking us how we both slept and what we were looking for in a bed, he showed us the selection of beds that they have that could work for us. He suggested we take our time and lay on the bed for a minimum of 3 min to get a good feel. Fred R was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the mattresses we were looking for. After testing multiple beds we found the one we believe it perfect for us. On top of that he even introduced us to amazing pillows that were being sold at the store as well. Overall we had an amazing experience at the brick and Fred R was an amazing help when it came to our choice of mattress.

My husband and I went to The Brick this afternoon to look for a TV stand and kitchen table. Debbie Victoria the lady helping us was so amazing. She was so helpful, kind and not pushy whatsoever. My experience with her was so refreshing and next time I shop there I would certainly ask for her. She answered all our questions we asked and more. Thank you Debbie Victoria.
