One of the most important aspects of security is competent and supportive leadership; Don and SurVail Protection & Investigations is the gold standard of this. The security guards will only be as good as those running the company and amongst Dons staff are long-term employees (rare in security) who are loyal and excel in their positions. I cannot recommend this company and the owner enough.
