We had a few complicated issues with our fridge, but the service technician knew his stuff and was always willing to follow-up with possible solutions. Eventually the problem was solved and now it works like new again! Would call again for any appliance repairs.

SOS provided a professional repair, honest, and walked me through the issues and estimated costs before they were agreed upon. Thank you for the service! Will use again (hopefully not too soon) and would recommend to anyone!
