He suggested the best solution for the hard water in my home, installed a system in no time at all, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and checks in to make sure everything is working as it should. (January 7, 2021, 5:45 pm)Would recommend 100%. He is honest, experienced, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He clearly is an expert when it come to home water treatment.
When I had concerns he offered to come out to my house at 9:00PM which turned out to have nothing to do with the system.
When I send him a txt he typically responds within 15min. -

John is always very responsive often returning calls well after all the other guys are all tucked in for the night. His service is top shelf and always makes sure to clean up and leave things tidy.
