It’s now better and more secure than it was when my husband bought it from Birks. The quantity of workmanship and sincerity in their customer service approach is second to none.
I will absolutely be back to this store to explore their beautiful selection of jewelry for myself and gifts for others.
This is a wonderfully family run establishment going on 120 years of being in business. I seldom write reviews, but I’m too happy with the service I had to not take the time to share. -

(July 15, 2019, 7:31 pm)I took a watch here after getting a new battery in it & it still wasn't working. Another store had quoted me $100 to repair it but here they just cleaned the contacts & put the battery back in (tested it & said it was fine) so it now is working & I only had to pay for the 2 new batteries I had put in 2 other watches. Very happy!

(April 20, 2019, 7:24 pm)Great service! We recently purchase our wedding bands after wearing mine for a bit I realized it was a little too large... They had the size I needed write in stock and had no problem exchanging it to make it perfect. We will definitely be back!

(January 18, 2019, 6:34 am)The service at this store is incredible. They always have a full selection of Pandora, consistently better than I’ve ever seen at an actual Pandora store. My mother insists on driving in from Hamilton because the service and selection is better than anywhere in town. They offer inexpensive repairs as well and make sure you are satisfied before you pay. I had to have a chain repaired on a Pyrrah necklace with a pendant and when I went to pick it up, they had done such a good job cleaning it that the decorative antiquing on the pendant had been polished off. They re-antiqued it for free and now the necklace looks brighter, cleaner, bolder and better than the day I bought it.
