(April 24, 2019, 8:07 pm)We visited Essential Physiotherapy for birthing classes while we were pregnant and pelvic floor physiotherapy before and after and I cannot say enough about the care we received. The birthing class was exactly what we needed to get on the same page before we gave birth to our daughter -- my husband was such a good coach because of what Sherri taught him in class. Sherri totally had my back after giving birth and helped me heal my separated abs and got me on the road to strengthening my pelvic floor post birth. If you're ignoring your pelvic floor after having a baby -- see Sherri, instead of peeing your pants your whole life. ;)

(January 21, 2017, 3:14 am)I have been going to Essential Physio for 8 months for a pregnancy related issue which has resolved, due to treatment.
Staff are very friendly and accomdating. The receptionists would watch my baby as I had treatment.
I have yet to see anything unprofessional occur. They give friendly reminder phone calls for appointments which I personally find helpful.
Additionally, they offer several services for the pre and postnatal mother far beyond what the general public is aware of. I could not recommend this place more.
Very pleased. Very satisfied. -
