I truly enjoy the ladies at this location since they are genuinely sweet ???? -

(November 3, 2018, 4:43 pm)It's my daughter's birthday tomorrow and I wanted some helium balloons. The one balloon that I wanted they didn't have in stock. And they also didn't do any latex balloons as well. I asked them if it was alright if I could bring in my own balloons and I would pay to have them to blown them up. They then in turn told me that they don't do that or they can't do that. I get when there are rules and the reason why. This was simply just customer service and it should not have a rule against customer service. Especially when I'm willing to pay and I'm not asking anything for free. It is a business and I know businesses like to make money. This is how a business keeps operating. Im not going to say its the fault of the people working there if it is a rule. But dollar tree shouldn't have a such a rule. Rule number one should always be customer service. The staff there were alright.
