(March 18, 2019, 1:28 pm)Don was so a accommodating in looking at our laptops; backing up all data on one we had "fried" and upgrading mine to windows 10, swapping out for a better hard drive & eliminating some viruses. I feel like I have a brand new laptop. It's 5 X faster now! Don is excellent at what he does & I highly recommend his services.

I wasn't charged anything for the attempt.

He stayed in contact throughout the day and I was never left in the dark now knowing what was going on. I will definitely trust Don with any future issues with my lap top as he went above and beyond to get my computer up and running in a timely manner.
