My experiences for the last year at Centreline have been extremely positive. Jackie and Ellen listen, work with me and add to and adjust my exercises as my conditions have changed. I get constant encouragement and corrections to make sure I am getting the most of all of my exercises. I get useful, practical advice related to my condition that I can use every day. My last vacation involved hiking and Ellen worked with me on getting and how to properly use trekking poles. My hiking turned out to be an amazing vacation of things I thought I’d never be able to do and resulted in an active, pain free vacation. The physiotherapy treatments combined with my at home work have been very effective. Christina and Tara’s positive greeting every time I walk helps with the friendly, professional atmosphere. Love this place!
