Brierwood Gardens Long-Term Care Home

I went with my grandma recently to look at this home. Beautiful home. I liked that the staff and that sales lady made us feel very welcome!

The reason I am giving it a 4 is because we wanted to meet some of the management, including the director of the home. While we were walking, someone tried to introduce us to her. She stopped and said she didn’t have time to meet with us. She didn’t even try to know our names. Then she walked away. My grandma felt really stupid and hurt. I hope this director isn’t like that to everyone..

Everything here is wonderful. I never thought I could leave my apartment and find another home that I loved, however here I am at Brierwood Gardens Retirement Home. I love everyone here, they are so nice and friendly and helpful. I find the meals to be wonderful as well. The other great thing about this Retirement Home is that I love showing it off to my friends in the apartments and my family members. I have no complaints. I love it here.

We have been so thrilled with the care of our aunt who is in long term care. The staff are so caring, gentle and amazing with the residents. The care she is receiving is absolutely wonderful. All her needs are met and more. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Brierwood Gardens you are all amazing caregivers blessed with beautiful big hearts.

I think this home is everything a person could wish for. Staff are very kind and caring. Meals are great. You don't have to worry about anything everything is taken care of for you. I am quite happy here this is home.

As a resident of Brierwood Gardens Retirement Home, I feel qualified to post an opinion. It took me a few weeks to feel comfortable in my new surroundings. However, the exceptional staff soon become your new friends and go over and beyond what is expected of them. The rooms are very comfortable and are kept very clean. The meals are very healthy and the kitchen staff always attempts to satisfy your needs and wants.
The grounds are very beautiful and very well groomed, like living in a park. There are always birds and squirrels making their homes here too.
The Recreation staff offer a variety of activities, such as Fitness Classes and numerous social events. You can be as busy or as lazy as you want, it is up to you.
Also, there is also the spiritual needs of residents. As a Roman Catholic, I very much appreciate the weekly service.
I highly recommend Brierwood Gardens.
