  I have just bought my fifth car through Mike Emmerson at Brantford Nissan. Excellent customer service. When I went to buy my first car, it was the fourth dealership we went too and it was pouring rain out, Mike was the only one to come outside with an umbrella to talk to us. Very detailed oriented and always willing to help me. Would definitely recommend this dealership, between sales to service everyone is welcoming and friendly.

  Best dealership all around...including sales and service! Incredible customer service, professionalism and knowledge. Customer satisfaction is always guaranteed. The staff are super kind and friendly, making sure you are completely satisfied with each visit. Mike Emmerson went above and beyond during the recent purchase of my new Kicks! This is the second Nissan Mike has assisted me in buying and once again he was super patient, cordial and professional throughout the entire process. From start to finish things went smoothly...he’s readily available for any concerns or questions, always making you a priority.
  Eric made the financing aspect easy ...he was very helpful in explaining all options so I felt at ease with the warranty, protection and payments.
  Bryan, Karen and the rest of the service staff is always awesome...so very nice in explaining issues and recommending only necessary repairs. I completely trust that my vehicle gets the best service each and every time. Brantford Nissan is top notch!

  We where very pleased with the way we where treated when purchasing our used truck.
  Everyone was courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we where happy with our purchase.
  Keith Miller even came into work at 9am even though he wasn’t to start until 3pm so he could help us with the purchase of our truck, Keith is a very nice person, he is professional, easy to communicate with, very understanding and goes out of his way, bends over backward and is overall a super nice guy. This dealership is very lucky to have him represent Nissan.
  If you are looking for a great salesperson who doesn’t pressure you in anyway stop in and see Keith Miller.
  The cleaner’s who cleaned our used truck did the best job I have ever seen and when they found out my son has allergies they went the extra mile to make sure it was all good and didn’t even charge any extra.
  The job they did on the truck looks just like a brand new truck it's better then we could even imagine.

  The staff is very nice, polite and willing to help you This will be my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. The salesperson Mike is a very nice person, he is professional, easy to communicate with, very understanding and goes beyond his way, bends over backward and is overall a super nice guy. This dealership is very lucky to have him represent Nissan. The service department also has a very nice staff and are cooperative and also they have great mechanics that always respect my vehicle.
