A local retailer told me about this place. The shop is tiny and the service super slow because the owner makes it fresh upon order but it was tasty enough. I highly recommend getting the menu and ordering ahead to pick up. Prices are dirt cheap and be sure to add some seasoning or it might be a bit bland but certainly a healthy choice. The owner says she has been here about a year and many local Vietnamese families purchase their rice in volume from her, as seen by the stacks of bags at the entrance.
