If you are worried about getting hurt while doing CrossFit this is your place. These guys are strict about form which will minimize injury. -

(February 12, 2019, 12:30 am)I've been to 2 other Crossfit gyms and I didn't seem to get much out of it. I do like this one. They seem to put more into coaching and making sure your form is correct. I'm a fitness trainer myself, and I always look for that if I'm getting coached myself. Great group of people, I'm sure you'll get results and gain friends.

The coaches were SO wonderful about breaking down the movements in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. As a result, my body has changed and my confidence has improved as a result of the (really fun) workouts.
I also love the community we're forming here. Everyone is so friendly, and I genuinely look forward to coming in to work out and see everyone a few times per week.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even if you have no CrossFit experience!
