There was care and consideration given that I have not experienced with other banking institutions. The service was individual and I was not made to feel pressured into any decisions, everything was carefully explained. Ms. McNeil is wonderful!!!

The staff have always gone over and above to satisfy my needs. I definitely think that this is a superb , knowledgeable group of staff and recommend the Brantford branch of Tandia for anyone looking for truly personalized service.
