(September 7, 2021, 1:43 pm)I purchased one of the red chairs from Costco for my front porch. They look great and are super sturdy. Two weeks ago I had a house fire and I wish I could show the picture of my front porch and the chairs current state because my porch was damaged terribly but the chair for some reason survived with just a bubbly texture. The structure of the chair is still strong. Unbelievable really!! 5 stars from me. I will be purchasing another to replace but the other will be used in the backyard.

(August 22, 2021, 12:17 am)Great chairs and nice people to deal with. Our red chairs faded from the sun and they were replaced by the company at no charge. I gave a 3 star because they advertise all these wonderful colours that are available, yet you can only get them at Costco, red, white, gray, brown. Impossible to find the blue, black, or yellow. Keep checking Costco online shopping and I have never seen a blue chair option. Phoned the company and they won’t sell to the public. If there not available they should be taken off the site and only show standard colours.

(August 11, 2021, 4:03 pm)I have to tell you that this company provides OUTSTANDING customer service and support. They stand 100% behind their products. I had a borderline warranty issue (more my fault then theirs) and I received a replacement chair to my house within days. I now own 8 of their chairs..don't bother going anywhere else for these types of products.

Chairs blew off my dock into the lake marking a few of them pretty bad. I called looking to purchase parts, and after sending pictures they replaced everything free of charge. A complete chair and five arms, and they paid the expensive shipping (60lbs via Fedex)
