Awesome place BUT it's not a 'restaurant', it's a restaurant supply store. If you are starting out in the restaurant business or an avid home cook great selection and prices. I get most of my higher end equipment from here. Even bought a cooks kitchen sink for my outdoor kitchen.
Drove from London to stock up for opening a new restaurant. Worth the drive. Awesome staff, selection and prices. Saved a pile of money over local options. But seriously, the staff are super. They know what they're doing and they are pleasant about doing it.
