Very courteous and professional staff got the car in and out on time even with adding an overdue oil and filter change to the scope of work.
This is was my first time servicing my recently purchased used Kia and even though I have another dealer somewhat closer to my residence, I will continue to use Brantford Kia going forward and highly recommend them.

(November 20, 2021, 12:11 am)We were in Brantford looking for a car after mine was totalled in an accident. Brantford Kia was the first dealership we stopped at. My husband went in to see about one of the cars and spoke to Gabriela. She showed us a car that was in our price range. She told us all about it, we took it for a test drive and we bought it. She was very friendly and thorough. She didn't try to talk us into buying something else. I would recommend Brantford Kia and Gabriela if you're looking for a car.
