Great small town book store. I bought a copy of George Orwell's1984. I have a PDF copy of it, but I think I'll only be able to read it from an actual printed book. Happy to pay cash and support a small business over Amazon any day.

The independent bookstore is a dying breed, so we're lucky to have such a unique shop in little Paris, Ontario. Great selection of new and used books and local writers. Book nerds will love it!

One of my favorite things to do in any town or city is visit a used bookstore. I always stop at Green Heron when I come to Paris, Ontario. The SciFi section is quite small with predominantly old white dude authors, or I would give this place a 5/5. Great kids section, and lovely proprietor who says "Thank you!" when you bring books to the desk to purchase. ???????? And I found a Graham Greene novel I didn't yet own!????

We are recent newcomers to Paris, Ontario. So fortunate to be able to walk to town and enjoy this great book shop. The Seller is a quiet individual who know his books! We purchase whenever we can to support this shop! Thank you for what you do!
